Aline Santos is a globally respected Non-Executive Director and the former Global Chief Brand Officer and Chief Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Unilever. Over a 35-year career, she has built, scaled, and repositioned billion-dollar brands within Unilever’ 400 brands portfolio.
Her current board and advisory portfolio spans consumer, lifestyle, and cultural sectors. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and advisor to Inter IKEA Group and Council for the Victoria & Albert Museum, is a Trustee of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation (part of the British Royal Family’s philanthropic ecosystem), and a Special Advisor to UN Women.
She is co-founder of the Unstereotype Alliance, a global coalition of 250+ companies committed to equity in advertising and media, and a former member of Meta’s Global Client Council. Aline is also a sustainability advocate through her leadership role in AdNet Zero, the cross-sector initiative to decarbonise advertising by 2030.
