Caris Brett is a Senior Insight Lead at the IPA. Day-to-day, she assists IPA members with any insight queries they may have, whilst simultaneously working on a variety of reports. In October 2023, she co-authored Menopause: The change we need to see, presenting the findings at various conferences, including the IPA’s 2024 Insight Summit and Bloom Scotland’s 2024 Tackling Taboos event in Edinburgh.
Most recently, she presented results from the IPA’s latest Christmas report on seasonal anxieties at MRG’s 2025 Annual Conference in Utrecht.
