Ella is a Client Executive at iProspect, a Dentsu network agency, and has been a member of the Leeds team for over two years. She began her career at the agency after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Huddersfield University in 2023.
Ella supports the activation and delivery of integrated media campaigns for clients in a variety of sectors. Most recently, Finance, Insurance and Beauty.
Outside of client work, Ella is a part of the steering committee for the VIZ Employee Resource Group (ERG), which champions the development of Gen Z talent within the agency. She leads the social impact pillar of the ERG in the North, and this year, will be working with Dentsu's charity partner, The King's Trust, to open pathways into the industry for future talent.
Ella is also an active supporter of Dentsu’s wider ERG network, including Wellbeing and VisAbility, and advocates to promote an inclusive workplace environment by sharing her experience with her stammer and how she navigates this in her career. She has been a part of two panel sessions, focused on Neurodiversity within the workplace and stress management.
