Kate Peers is Head of Campaigns – Strategic Lead at Sport England where she develops and promotes insight-driven behaviour change campaigns, including award winning This Girl Can which aims to build women and girls’ confidence to be active, regardless of shape, size and ability.
Kate has also led marketing campaigns across the private and charity sectors, and has a master’s degree in Gender Studies with a particular focus on the agency of girls and their participation in sport.
With a strong background in marketing, communications, and behaviour change initiatives, Kate has led impactful campaigns that challenge barriers to participation and promote inclusivity. She is a champion of insight-led strategies, ensuring that Sport England’s messaging resonates with diverse audiences and supports the organisation’s mission to tackle inequalities in sport and physical activity.
