Sophie Dimond is a Senior Insight Lead at the IPA. In her three and a half years, she has worked on various reports such as the annual IPA Christmas Consumer Report, The Circular Economy and co-authored Menopause: The change we need to see in 2023. She has since presented this research at the previous Insights Summit and sat on a panel at the IPA’s training forum focused on women in leadership.
