A MIPA accredited planner with nearly 20 years’ experience, she focuses on elevating the craft of planning through a rigorous, effectiveness led approach that connects data, media and creativity.
As a founding member of Hearts & Science, she has played a key role in its rapid growth, establishing connections planning as a core differentiating capability. Tessa has pioneered new approaches to attention led and inclusive planning, and developed proprietary frameworks and programmes to embed planning excellence and set the standard for the discipline at scale. She was named Campaign’s Media Planning Leader in 2025.
