Vasileios is the Global Marketing Effectiveness Director at L'Oréal, a role he brings almost 20 years of marketing, measurement, and media expertise. He leads one of the largest global marketing effectiveness programs, utilizing a comprehensive toolkit to address both strategic and operational business questions.
Before his current role, Vasileios held the position of Global Director for Marketing ROI and Media at L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division and was Head of Marketing Effectiveness for L'Oréal UK. His experience also includes key measurement roles at Mediacom UK, Millward Brown UK, and Ninah UK.
An influential voice in the industry, Vasileios has judged top-tier awards like the Effies and IPA Effectiveness, and contributed to award-winning IPA papers. He is a member of the Amazon Measurement Council and the Euro Effie Steering Committee, and formerly served on the Facebook Global Measurement Council. He holds an MPhil from Oxford University and an MSc from the University of London.
