Neurodiversity: Understanding different minds at work

IPA Training Forum

Neurodiversity is increasingly part of the conversation in our industry, but what does it actually mean, and what does the neurodivergent experience of work really look like?

In this session, Minesh Siyani and Rachel Clancy will explore neurodiversity through lived experience, research, and practical models. They’ll look at how our brains can experience things differently, why someone’s needs and challenges can change depending on the situation, and the role executive functioning can play in everyday working life.

Minesh and Rachel will bring this to life through their own lived and professional experiences, sharing practical ways for individuals, managers, and HR teams to better understand neurodivergence and create more neuro-inclusive working environments.

There will be time for Q&A and discussion.
