Realising the potential of AI requires more than access to tools and skills training: it requires attention to the workplace cultures that shape how AI is used, how work is judged and who benefits. This session explores how organisations can build the culture and conditions for responsible AI that strengthens human judgment and supports high performance.

We will examine how bias, leadership behaviours and organisational expectations influence decisions and outcomes, and explore practical ways to challenge barriers and enable everyone to contribute. Responsible AI should expand what people and teams are capable of achieving, enabling everyone to benefit.
