Tools and strategies to help turbo-boost your skills and confidence.

The IPA Stepping into the spotlight series is partnering with Bloom Scotland to bring this popular breakfast event to Edinburgh for the first time, offering you the tools and strategies needed to help boost your skills and confidence.

Usually hosted in London, we will be travelling north on 4 June, to bring you a fantastic morning filled with inter-agency networking, practical training and expert career advice.

Expect candid conversations with female industry leaders, sharing honest insights from their career journeys in our panel session 'The confidence shift'. A fireside chat with Susan Russell from Edinburgh Festival Fringe on creativity and inclusive leadership, and through interactive coaching, you’ll have the chance to turn inspiration into action and leave with tangible steps to 'speak, show up and be seen without second-guessing yourself'.
